周五公布的行业调查结果显示，SK海力士第二季度在全球动态随机存取存储器（DRAM）市场上保持了领先地位，与竞争对手三星电子的差距进一步拉大。

　　根据全球市场研究公司Omdia的数据，由于DRAM合同价格上涨和高带宽内存（HBM）出货量增长，4月至6月期间全球DRAM销售额总计309亿美元，环比增长17.3%。

　　SK海力士的市占率从第一季度的36.9%上升到39.5%，连续两个季度保持第一的位置。

　　三星电子的市占率从34.4%下降到33.3%。两家公司的差距从第一季度的2.5个百分点扩大到6.2个百分点。

　　SK海力士第二季度的DRAM销售额为122亿美元，三星电子以103亿美元紧随其后。

　　今年第一季度，SK海力士在全球DRAM市场的份额首次超越三星，后者自1992年以来一直位居第一。

　　另一家市场调查机构TrendForce的数据也显示，SK海力士的全球DRAM市占率从第一季度的36%上升到第二季度的38.7%，排名第一。

　　SK海力士凭借在HBM市场的领先地位，有望在年度排名中占据首位。

　　该公司早些时候表示，2025年的HBM供应已经售罄。
