消息面上，9月5日，迅众通信发布公告，因公司战略规划与业务发展需要，公司于2025年9月2日在香港设立全资子公司讯众未来通信技术有限公司，注册地为中国香港，注册资本为港币10,000元。
公告称，本次在香港投资设立全资子公司，是公司对于未来海外市场的开拓及公司战略规划、业务发展需要的调整，有利于进一步提升公司的综合竞争力，实现公司的长期战略发展目标，对公司长期发展有一定的积极影响。
