智通财经APP讯，包浩斯国际(00483)发布公告，于2025年9月5日，买方(公司全资附属公司Bauhaus Property Limited)与卖方(丘汉强及郑丽芳)就买卖物业订立临时买卖协议，购买价为832万港元。收购事项将于2025年11月7日或之前完成。
物业位于香港九龙丽港街17号丽港城12座8楼A室。
物业拟将用作集团的员工宿舍。物业位处交通便利位置，邻近港铁蓝田站。集团认为，提供员工宿舍将提升集团雇员薪酬待遇的吸引力及竞争力。
