智通财经APP讯，中播数据(00471)发布公告，于2025年9月8日，本公司(作为发行人)与认购人(余壮柱先生、王丽苏女士)订立认购协议，认购人同意认购，且本公司同意发行合共1906.39万股新股份，总认购价约为1143.8万港元，认购价为每股认购股份0.60港元。
认购价较2025年9月8日(即认购协议日期)下午四时正联交所所报每股股份收市价0.73港元折让约17.81%。1906.39万股认购股份相当于本公司现有已发行股份约20.00%，及其经扩大后已发行股份约15.89%。认购股份将根据一般授权发行，并与所有现有股份享有同等地位。
发行认购股份所得款项总额预计约为1143.8万港元，发行认购股份所得款项净额(扣除开支后)预计约为1130万港元。本公司拟将所得款项净额用作本集团的一般营运资金，预期将用于以下用途：约400万港元用于支付专业费用;约300万港元用于增强贸易业务的现金流;及约430万港元用于支付员工薪金、办公室租金、水电费及其他营运开支，预计将于2025年12月前悉数动用。
