智通财经APP讯，永义国际(01218)发布公告，于2025年9月5日，卖方(本公司间接全资附属公司)与买方订立有关出售事项的协议。根据协议，卖方同意向买方出售2023年可换股票据未偿还本金金额的33.75%，而买方同意以总代价2700万港元购买2023年可换股票据未偿还本金金额的33.75%，溢价为337.5万港元。
鉴于目前经济不明朗，董事认为，采取审慎投资策略以变现其于金融资产的投资，以增强本集团的流动资金状况是有利的。本集团拟将出售事项的出售所得款项作为本集团的一般营运资金，以支付行政开支，以及偿还银行贷款本金及利息开支。
