Rubix Resources (ASX:RB6) entered into a non-binding agreement with Nyos Metals and Yoro Metals to potentially acquire several exploration applications located in Cameroon and the Republic of Congo, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The consideration will include AU$500,000 in cash upon execution of a formal binding agreement, AU$500,000 in cash and 5 million fully-paid ordinary shares in the capital of Rubix upon grant of the exploration license applications, as well as AU$200,000 in cash and 5 million shares six months after the date of grant of the exploration license applications.
The completion of the deal depends upon the completion of technical, financial, and legal due diligence on the projects to the satisfaction of the firm, as well as the signing of binding documents.
