消息面上，美东时间周四，博通公布的第三财季业绩超出预期，并为第四财季提供了强劲的指引。公司预计，第四财季的人工智能芯片业务继续提速。华鑫证券指出，当前全球持续地发展AI算力基础建设，市场对于GPU、ASIC等AI服务器的需求居高不下，PCB作为AI服务器内部的重要电子元件，整条产业链的景气度也有望持续提升，主要的投资环节包括中游PCB厂商、上游的覆铜板等材料以及设备厂商。
开源证券指出，上半年公司覆铜板价格已率先调涨，PCB需求强劲或支撑价格刚性，下半年业绩表现有望受益；2026年高端CCL及物料产能布局提速，AI期权有望步入兑现期，驱动估值中枢上移，实际报表贡献或在2027年集中释放，维持“买入”评级。
