智通财经APP获悉，绿景中国地产(00095)盘中涨超18%，截至发稿，涨7.41%，报0.29港元，成交额157.38万港元。
消息面上，据新浪财经转载观点地产网报道，近日市场有传闻称，中信集团旗下中信城开拟出资120亿元入股绿景中国白石洲旧改项目50%股份。这一消息未获绿景中国官方证实。公开资料显示，深圳白石洲旧改项目号称“全国最大城市更新项目”，预估货值约2200亿元。而中信城开为中信集团旗下子公司，已在深圳打造深圳湾、中信金融中心、凯旋君庭及红树湾等多个项目。
值得注意的是，8月4日，绿景中国地产公告称，在当日的香港高等法院聆讯中，高等法院颁令将公司清盘呈请聆讯进一步延期至2025年11月3日。此前的7月9日，香港法院决定将绿景中国地产的清盘呈请聆讯推迟至8月4日。
