Tourism Holdings (ASX:THL, NZE:THL) is closing its standalone recreational vehicle (RV) dealerships in Sydney and Brisbane, moving to streamline operations, cut overheads, and sharpen its focus on higher-margin ex-fleet sales, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

The company is realigning its Australian retail sales division by exiting low-margin products, consolidating brands, and cutting inventory, per its Aug. 4 growth roadmap, the filing said.

The company will retain sales presence in both cities via its RV rental operations, per the filing.

The division's organizational structure is under review, and an asset sale process for the two dealerships has been initiated, the filing added.
