新浪科技讯 9月5日上午消息，今日于烟台举办的IBM中国企业级AI巅峰论坛上，IBM发布IBM中国“AI深耕”计划，宣布将围绕区域市场、伙伴生态和共创平台三方面，将主攻场景转向民营企业的数字化、智能化转型和全球化运营，深耕中国AI市场。

　　IBM大中华区董事长、总经理陈旭东指出：区域市场指IBM将选定民营企业聚集、民营经济发达的城市作为重点城市，其中，烟台是首批入选的重点城市。伙伴生态指将在选定的重点城市中，除了IBM自身的投入外，加强和本地伙伴的协作和赋能，以便更好地服务本地客户。

　　此外，IBM将深度链接地方政府和行业协会，与合作伙伴打造多方共赢的“共创平台”。该平台有三个核心功能：第一，作为对客户了解数字化和智能化技术的平台；第二，作为合作伙伴技术赋能的平台；第三，从客户痛点和客户需求出发，运用IBM独特的共创方法论，与客户和合作伙伴一起，找到符合本地客户需求的AI解决方案。（文猛）
