路透休斯顿9月5日 - 蓝水收购公司（Blue Water Acquisition Corp）周五表示，它为委内瑞拉炼油商 Citgo Petroleum 的母公司提交了一份价值 100 亿美元的收购要约，其中包括向委内瑞拉违约债券持有人提出的 32 亿美元和解方案。
