CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) issued over 2.4 million units to its manager as payment for the acquisition of business park building, 5 Science Park Drive, and data center, 9 Tai Seng Drive, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Of the total, 788,759 units were issued at SG$2.7258 apiece, and nearly 1.7 million units were issued at SG$2.7525 apiece, the filing said.
