智通财经APP获悉，国富氢能(02582)涨超15%，截至发稿，涨15.04%，报57.2港元，成交额2.14亿港元。
消息面上，国富氢能宣布完成配售173万股配售股份，每股配售股份的配售价为54.03港元。配售款项所得净额约为9346万港元。配售事项所得款项净额约为9098万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用于为中国及海外氢能项目(包括但不限于制氢工厂、加氢站及氢气液化工厂)的投资与合作拨付资金。
此外，9月3日，国富氢能旗下子公司GUOFUHEE BRASIL LTDA与智利工业流体技术领军企业 FASTPACK签署合作协议。双方将通过成立合资公司布局智利氢能市场，打造电解槽本地化组装线推动水电解制氢技术在拉美区域的规模化落地。此次合作既是国富氢能拓展拉美氢能市场的重要布局，也为氢能装备技术的跨区域合作提供了“本地化共建”的实践路径。
