智通财经APP获悉，巴里克矿业(B.US)将以高达10.9亿美元的价格将加拿大Hemlo金矿出售给Carcetti Capital。
总收益包括8.75亿美元的现金对价，总价值5000万美元的HMC股票，以及从2027年1月开始为期五年的生产和分层黄金价格挂钩的现金支付结构，最高可达1.65亿美元。
巴里克总裁兼首席执行官 Mark Bristow 表示：“以具有吸引力的估值出售海姆罗矿，标志着巴里克在该矿漫长而成功的篇章告一段落，并突显出我们对通过一级黄金和铜投资组合创造价值的严谨关注。”
该交易预计将于2025年第四季度完成。
