智通财经APP讯，中泽丰(01282)发布公告，于2025年9月10日，卖方为公司的间接全资附属公司Ultra Glory Investments Limited(超荣投资有限公司)与买方Kaizhong Commutator Limited(凯中电机整流子有限公司)订立协议，据此，卖方同意向买方出售物业，总代价为3585.4万港元。
物业位于香港金钟道89号力宝中心二座19楼1907室。物业乃作商业用途。
经计及集团的当前财务状况及未来流动资金需求以及香港房地产市场前景，董事认为，出售事项为公司按合理价格变现物业价值的良机，且出售事项的所得款项将改善集团的财务状况并增加一般营运资金。
