智通财经APP讯，猫眼娱乐(01896)公布，于2025年9月5日至2025年9月9日，北京光线传媒股份有限公司(光线传媒)，以自有资金在公开市场按平均价每股约7.9554港元，购入合共180.24万股公司股份。
紧随增持事项后，光线传媒于合共203,777,184股股份中拥有权益，相当于公司于本公告日期的已发行股本总额约17.53%。光线传媒则由光线控股有限公司拥有约37.4%股权，而光线控股有限公司则由公司主要股东、主席及非执行董事王长田先生相应拥有95%股权。因此，就证券及期货条例第XV部而言，王长田先生被视为于光线传媒拥有权益的203,777,184股股份中拥有权益。紧随增持事项后，王长田先生合共于481,756,809股股份中拥有权益，相当于公司于本公告日期的已发行股本总额约41.45%。不排除光线传媒可能会根据市场状况和适用的监管要求，于适当时候考虑继续增持公司股份。
董事会认为，增持事项反映出王长田先生与光线传媒对公司的经营策略、发展前景及未来展望充满信心。
