智通财经APP获悉，挚文集团(MOMO.US)公布了2025年第二季度业绩。财报显示，挚文集团Q2净营收为26.204 亿元(单位：人民币，下同)，同比下降2.6%，归属于公司净亏损为1.4亿元，而2024年同期的净利润为3.978亿元；每股ADS净亏损为0.84元，上年同期每股ADS收益为2.11元。
2025 年 6 月，探探应用的月活跃用户(“MAU”)为 1020 万，而 2024 年 6 月为 1290 万。
2025年第二季度，陌陌应用程序的总付费用户为350万，而去年同期为720万。探探2025年第二季度的付费用户为70万，而去年同期为100万。
2025年第二季度经营活动提供的净现金为2.501亿元(3490万美元)，而2024年第二季度为4.752亿元。
业绩指引
2025年第三季度，公司预计总净营收在25.9亿元至26.9亿元之间，同比下降3.2%至增长0.6%。
财报公布后，截至发稿，该股盘前跌近5%。
