智通财经APP获悉，据报道，内地半导体CIM厂(计算机集成制造)商赛美特计划赴香港上市，计划募资2亿美元，目前正筹备相关事宜，预计明年完成挂牌。
资料显示，赛美特成立于2017年，专注为半导体及泛半导体行业提供生产管理服务，其解决方案已成功于硅片生产、晶圆制造(FAB)、封装测试等多个领域应用，并已在多家12吋晶圆厂完成量产验证。公司于2023年推出软件主品牌PlantU系列(Plant to You，为您打造智能工厂)，产品线覆盖经营管理、生产管理、质量管理、排程规划、物流自动化、设备自动化及通用工具等多个方面。
赛美特，于2023年启动A股上市流程，由海通证券担任辅导机构，并完成上海证监局的上市辅导备案，不过未有后续。
2024年，公司完成C+轮融资，涉及数亿元人民币，由策源资本领投，允泰资本、申万宏源、蓝海洋基金、兴业银行等跟投，融资所得主要用于产品研发投入、人才储备及加速海外市场拓展。
