企查查App显示，9月9日，广州虎牙信息科技有限公司（HUYA，以下简称“虎牙”）发生工商变更，黄俊洪卸任法定代表人、执行董事，由李平接任法定代表人并担任董事。

　　被腾讯（00700）全资收购后，虎牙的管理层更迭与腾讯的深度介入密切相关。

　　2023年5月，腾讯副总裁林松涛出任虎牙董事长；同年8月，拥有16年腾讯产品经验的黄俊洪，接替创始人董荣杰担任执行董事。

　　据企查查，李平同时是腾讯云计算多个分公司董事。

　　企查查显示，8月，虎牙因“提供含有危害社会公德内容的网络表演”被广州市文化广电旅游局处以1万元罚款，并没收违法所得14元。该处罚依据《网络表演经营活动管理办法》及《互联网文化管理暂行规定》作出，反映出虎牙在平台内容合规方面存在的风险。
