Via Transportation (VIA) said late Thursday it priced its initial public offering of about 10.7 million shares at $46 per share.
The offering consists of about 7.1 million shares from the company and about 3.6 million shares from existing shareholders.
Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.6 million additional shares.
The shares are expected to begin trading this Friday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "VIA." The offering is set to close Sept. 15.
