智通财经APP讯，瑞立科密(001285.SZ)披露招股意向书，公司拟首次公开发行4504.4546万股，初始战略配售发行数量为450.4454万股。初步询价日期2025年9月15日，申购日期2025年9月19日。
公告称，公司是专业从事机动车主动安全系统相关核心部件研发、生产和销售的国家高新技术企业，主营业务为机动车主动安全系统和铝合金精密压铸件的研发、生产和销售以及技术服务。公司是国内少数具备汽车制动防抱死系统(ABS)、电子稳定控制系统(ESC)、电子制动控制系统(EBS)、电子驻车制动系统(EPB)、电控空气悬架系统(ECAS)等主动安全系统正向开发能力的企业，核心产品已涵盖气压制动/液压制动、电控制动/线控制动等主流技术路线，广泛应用于商用车、乘用车及摩托车的制动安全等领域。自2022年度至2024年度，归属于母公司所有者的净利润为9696.47万元、2.36亿元、2.69亿元。
据悉，本次发行的募集资金扣除发行费用后，将投资于瑞立科密大湾区汽车智能电控系统研发智造总部、研发中心建设项目、信息化建设项目、补充流动资金。拟投入募集资金15.22亿元。
