9月9日，如祺出行（09680）发布公告，宣布与腾讯计算机签订第三份营销推广服务框架协议补充协议，以进一步修订现有年度上限。由于预计现有年度上限不足以满足需求，董事会建议修订年度上限。根据公告，现有年度上限为2025年1.37亿元，2026年2.2亿元，而建议修订后的年度上限为2025年2.33亿元，2026年4.42亿元。
公告提到，截至2024年12月31日止年度及截至2025年6月30日止6个月，腾讯集团代表收取的服务费历史金额分别为2742万元及5163万元，较2024年同期的749万元增加约589%。此外，因腾讯集团代表收取的营销费率增加和本集团的地域扩张策略，预计将导致总成本大幅上升。公司将于股东特别大会上寻求独立股东的批准，特别大会的投票将以表决方式进行。
