BlockBeats 消息，9 月 10 日，Songshu 在社区表示未出售并仍持有 Swarms，“从 swarms 发射到现在一直支持 swarms，并且在最高峰 3000 万美元持有市值时候还不断投资 swarms 生态，看好的是 AI 发展。”
至于 Kye 的指控，Songshu 回应表示毫无道理，“Kye 曾要 ssi 平台 10% 的手续费，对方同意后 Kye 又反悔。Kye 应该已经卖掉了自己的 SWARMS，并多次发行新项目，比如 YCAI 和 USAI”。
Songshu 表示作为社区支持者，参与成立了持有 swarms 的基金会，并且投资了一些关于 AI 的生态项目，也参与了投资生态项目 ssi 平台。
此前报道，Swarms 指控基金会 DAO 成员“SongShu Swarms”（@imsongshu）欺骗投资者并试图操纵 Swarms 市场。
