智通财经APP讯，捷利交易宝(08017)发布公告，继2025年7月29日对公司间接全资附属公司 TradeGo Markets Limited增资4300万港元后，为进一步支持TGM业务扩张，公司拟对TGM再增资4000万港元。本次增资完成后， TGM实缴资本总额将为12000万港元，公司对TGM持股比例不变。
TGM为香港证券及期货条例下的持牌法团，获发1号及7号牌照。截至2025年3月31日止年度，其香港首次公开发售相关业务增长强劲。
本次增资旨在强化TGM资本基础，以配合其业务规模增长及风险管理需求，进一步推动持牌金融服务的拓展。董事会认为，此举符合集团战略，对集团未来经营及业绩有积极影响，契合公司和股东最佳利益。
