据南华早报，戴尔科技近期针对部分在华员工启动裁员计划。据两位收到通知的知情人士透露，戴尔本周将与受影响员工进行一对一谈话，其最后工作日定为10月10日。他们补充道，员工在离职前可申请转岗公司内部任何空缺岗位。 知情人士称，此次裁员主要涉及戴尔位于上海和厦门的EMC存储部门及客户端解决方案集团(CSG)。其中一人透露，这是近几个月来的第三轮裁员，此前两轮的离职日期分别为8月15日和9月12日。此轮裁员的具体规模尚未可知。 早在3天前，就有网友发帖，戴尔裁员涉及中山公园CDC、五角场COE等多个核心部门，赔偿N+3，全球员工将从12万砍到10.8万，降幅10%。
