今日在2025年半年度业绩会上，龙图光罩董事长柯汉奇向投资者介绍深圳和珠海两地工厂情况时表示，公司深圳工厂目前产能利用率稳定在较高水平。由于掩模版产品系高度定制化，需根据客户特定需求生产，因此很难达到理想的满产状态，但现有的产能利用率能够有效保障客户订单的按时交付，同时兼顾产品质量与生产效率的平衡。珠海工厂的年达产产能规划为1.8万片，预计达产产值为5.4亿元，应用于射频芯片、MCU芯片、DSP芯片、CIS芯片等领域。具体达成时间将取决于客户工艺匹配难易程度、送样认证通过速度及客户开始小批量采购的时间周期。
