智通财经APP获悉，龙光集团(03380)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.21%，报0.99港元，成交额1400.53万港元。
消息面上，9月10日，龙光集团发布境外债整体重组方案重大进展公告，公司已与债权人小组就境外债重组达成修订协议，对整体CSA(整体债权人支持协议)作出对公司境外债权人及其它持份者整体有益的若干修订。该修订协议于2025年9月9日签署并生效。
公告表示，经修订整体重组方案生效后，公司境外债务负担将彻底解决，从而得以建立长期稳定的资本结构，大幅增加公司净资产总额和每股净资产值。同时，将进一步促进公司内部生产正常运转，保障各利益相关方的权益。
本次条款修订，将短期票据、长期票据对应的底层项目及资产设立资产信托用于抵债，将剩余债务纳入转股选项，扩大转股选项规模。原方案中的现金选项条款及6港币/股的加权平均转股价则保持不变。
