云南网讯（记者 胡晓蓉）9月12日，国家统计局云南调查总队发布数据显示：
8月份，云南居民消费价格指数（CPI）环比持平，同比下降0.4%。扣除食品和能源价格的核心CPI同比上涨0.7%，涨幅与上月相同，继续保持温和回升态势。
从环比看，CPI由上月上涨0.5%转为持平。其中，食品价格由上月下降0.3%转为上涨0.1%，影响CPI上涨约0.01个百分点。非食品价格由上月上涨0.6%转为持平。
从同比看，CPI由上月持平转为下降0.4%。其中，食品价格下降3.7%，降幅比上月扩大2.6个百分点，影响CPI下降约0.64个百分点。非食品价格上涨0.3%，涨幅比上月扩大0.1个百分点，影响CPI上涨约0.28个百分点。
据测算，在8月份-0.4%的CPI同比变动中，上年价格变动的滞后影响约为-0.8个百分点，今年价格变动的新影响约为0.4个百分点。
从工业生产者出厂价格（PPI）情况看，8月份，云南工业生产者出厂价格指数（PPI）环比下降1.7%，同比下降1.7%；购进价格指数（IPI）环比下降2.0%，同比上涨0.4%。据测算，在8月份-1.7%的PPI同比变动中，上年价格变动的滞后影响约为3.8个百分点，今年价格变动的新影响约为-5.5个百分点。
