路透首尔9月11日 - 韩国总统李在明周四表示，美国移民突击检查导致现代汽车一个商业项目的数百名工人被拘留，这可能会影响韩国企业在美国的投资决策。
李在明在新闻发布会上说，这次突击检查是一个令人困惑的事件，造成了很大的混乱，并补充说，这很可能使韩国企业对在美国投资 "犹豫不决"。
上周对位于佐治亚州的现代汽车项目工地的突击检查导致约300名韩国工人被拘留，在韩国引起了震动，并引发了对在美国营商可行性的质疑。
李在明表示，目前被关押在拘留中心的316名韩国人将于韩国时间周四下午3点离开拘留中心，登上包机返回韩国。
李在明还表示，他认为没有必要继续实施旨在增加股票投资者税收的韩国资本利得税修订计划。
他说，现在认为没有必要降低"大股东"缴纳资本利得税的门槛。这一税收改革计划在韩国投资者中引起了普遍反弹。
李在明还表示，韩国将继续努力改善与朝鲜的关系，并在朝鲜半岛建立和平，尽管平壤至今仍对首尔的和平外联活动持冷淡态度。（完）
