智通财经APP讯，思考乐教育(01769)发布公告，于本公告日期，合共3334.2万份购股权(旧购股权)已授予承授人，该等购股权均尚未行使，包括833.55万份已归属旧购股权及2500.65万份未归属旧购股权。截至本公告日期，概无旧购股权已获行使或注销。
经考虑自授出旧购股权后的市况，并为了进一步激励及挽留承授人继续为本公司发展作出贡献，于2025年9月11日，本公司董事会(董事会)议决根据股份计划的条款及条件注销承授人持有的2500.65万份未归属的旧购股权，并向彼等重新授出2222.8万份新购股权(新购股权)(替换)，以替换上述已注销的旧购股权，惟须获承授人各自同意及接纳。
