智通财经APP讯，翠华控股(01314)发布公告，于2020年5月26日，本集团透过机场管理局的招标获授牌照经营位于香港国际机场一号客运大楼的授权经营食肆(授权经营食肆)，为期60个月，其将于2025年10月28日(届满日期)届满。由于本集团未能透过机场管理局的招标取得授权经营食肆的续期，授权经营食肆将于届满日期或前后终止营运。
于2025年3月31日，本集团于中国香港、中国澳门、中国内地及新加坡经营合共72间餐厅。截至2025年3月31日止财政年度，授权经营食肆产生的收益占本集团总收益约8%。董事局认为，关闭授权经营食肆将不会对本集团的营运及业务表现造成任何重大影响。
