Triton Minerals Receives AU$554,000 Settlement Deposit From NQM Gold 2, Shares Down 11%

Triton Minerals (ASX:TON) said it has received the remaining deposit funds of about AU$554,000 from NQM Gold 2, under the terms of the deed of settlement and deed of variation, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company added that the legal proceedings with NQM have been adjourned to Sept. 30, as part of the terms of the deed of settlement and deed of variation.
The company's shares fell 11% in recent Tuesday trade.
