智通财经APP讯，硅鑫集团(08349)发布公告，于本公告日期，运鸿集团股份有限公司持有0.40亿股公司股份，占公司已发行股本的10.00%。运鸿由LF INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.持有70.00%权益，而后者由公司董事会主席李玉保先生最终全资拥有。于本公告日期，LF INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.持有1.23亿股股份，占公司已发行股本约30.65%。因此，运鸿及LFB合共持有1.63亿股股份，占公司已发行股本约40.65%。就证券及期货条例而言，李先生被视作拥有LFB及运鸿所持有的全部股份权益。
于2025年9月10日交易时段后，董事会获李先生告知，LFS已将其于运鸿30.00%的权益转让予独立第三方中青宝上集团有限公司。此外，中青宝上将作为代名人为LFS持有运鸿40.00%的权益。
于转让完成后，就证券及期货条例而言，中青宝上将被视为于运鸿所持有的全部股份中拥有权益，并将成为公司的主要股东。LFS 将继续持有运鸿三分之一以上的投票权。因此，就证券及期货条例而言，李先生仍被视为于LFB及运鸿所持有的全部股份中拥有权益。因此，李先生于公司的权益保持不变，并继续为公司的单一最大股东。
