智通财经APP获悉，云知声(09678)盘中跌超17%，该股于本周一正式获纳入港股通，当天股价高开低走跌逾18%，此后连续三个交易日下挫，累计跌幅近40%。值得注意的是，此前一个月，公司股价屡次创下新高，自9月起则掉头直下，当前已回吐8月以来所有涨幅。截至发稿，跌11.49%，报468.2港元，成交额1.19亿港元。
消息面上，9月8日，云知声正式被纳入港股通名单。公开资料显示，云知声作为一家AI解决方案提供商，专注于对话式AI产品及解决方案，业务重点覆盖智慧生活与智慧医疗两大板块。今年上半年，该公司实现收益4.05亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长20.2%；公司拥有人应占亏损2.97亿元，同比扩大16.4%。
值得注意的是，过去三年公司持续亏损。此前招股书显示，2022年至2024年，云知声分别亏损3.75亿元、3.76亿元和4.54亿元，累计亏损12.05亿元。此外，截至2024年底，公司赎回负债高达33.03亿元，
