Odaily星球日报讯 两位知情人士透露，加密交易平台 Gemini Space Station 将在本周于纽约上市，预计通过 IPO 最高募资 3.17 亿美元。纳斯达克将作为战略投资者，以私募方式认购 5000 万美元股份。消息人士称，此举是双方合作的一部分，未来纳斯达克客户可使用 Gemini 的托管和质押服务，而 Gemini 机构客户也可接入纳斯达克的 Calypso 平台以管理和跟踪抵押品。Gemini 预计将于周五以“GEMI”为代码在纳斯达克交易，但计划仍可能因市场状况调整。（路透社）
