Giorgio Armani's Will Names LVMH, EssilorLuxottica, L'Oreal Preferred Buyers for Company Stake, Bloomberg Says

-- Giorgio Armani's will leaves the entirety of his namesake company to his foundation, family members and longtime aide Leo Dell'Orco and outlines a plan to sell a part of the brand to a larger fashion group, Bloomberg reports.

-- The will sets up conditions for the foundation to sell an initial stake of 15% in the company to French luxury conglomerate LVMH, eyewear group EssilorLuxottica, beauty giant L'Oreal or another company of similar standing within 18 months, according to Bloomberg. The buyer can eventually increase the stake to up to 54.9%, Bloomberg says.
