智通财经APP讯，中国生物科技服务(08037)发布公告，于2025年9月9日，鹏博(海南)硼中子医疗科技有限公司(鹏博(海南)，于中国成立的有限公司，并于本公告日期为公司的间接全资附属公司，作为借款人)与海南农村商业银行股份有限公司琼海支行(作为贷款人)订立一份贷款合同。据此，贷款人同意向鹏博(海南)提供本金最高为人民币1.8亿元的贷款。
该贷款将为硼中子俘获治疗中心的建设提供更多助力，争取该中心在2025年年底开幕及开始营运，为有需要癌症患者提供硼中子治疗服务。凭借博鳌乐城先行区的支持政策及以该中心作为示范，集团未来致力发展建构覆盖中国的硼中子俘获治疗中心网络，发展特许经营医院，以创造更多的收入。
