Shanxi Meijin Energy (SHE:000723) directors appointed Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants as its auditor for its planned share offering on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKG:0388), according to a Friday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
The coal miner announced its plan to list in Hong Kong back in August.
