截至2025年8月31日止8个月，本集团连同本集团合营公司及联营公司以及雅居乐项目的预售金额合计为约人民币62.7亿元，同比减少39.36%，对应建筑面积为约67.7万平方米;平均价为每平方米人民币9260元。
