Gentrack Group (ASX:GTK, NZE:GTK) received notice that UBS Group and its related entities became the company's substantial shareholder on Sept. 5, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The Switzerland-based bank now owns 5.8 million shares in the company, representing a 5.39% total voting power, per the filing.
