高盛发表研究报告指，蔚来宣布发行10亿美元股份计划，所得资金将用于汽车技术研发、扩充换电及充电网络投资，以及强化资产负债表，预期今次大规模股权融资将进一步支持蔚来执行其产品战略，估算蔚来2025及2026年研发开支将达110亿元，通过今次配售可使负债比率从98%降至92%。 该行又指，过去两个季度蔚来的新车型包括乐道L90及蔚来ES8等竞争力显现改善，预计第三及第四季度交付量可提升至8.9万及13.1万辆，对比首季及次季为4.2万及7.2万辆。该行给予“中性”评级，H股目标价31.8港元，美股目标价4.1美元。
