Acrophyte Hospitality Property Trust (SGX:XZL) completed the divestment of the Hyatt Place Detroit Auburn Hills hotel in Michigan, US, for SG$6.7 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The sale consideration is subject to post-completion adjustments, the filing said.
