Mm2 Asia (SGX:1B0) and Hildrics Asia Growth Fund VCC mutually agreed to terminate an agreement to dispose of 97.6 million shares in Vividthree (SGX:OMK) held by the former, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of Mm2 Asia surged over 33% in Tuesday trading.
The company made the decision in view of recent market volatility and its current circumstances.
