智通财经APP获悉，创维集团(00751)尾盘飙升逾28%，截至发稿，涨26.12%，报4.78港元，成交额4.32亿港元。
消息面上，9月8日，创维集团尾盘放量飙升逾34%，引发市场对于公司即将私有化的猜测。当日创维集团向上证报表示，目前没有私有化的规划。值得注意的是，创维集团上半年实现营业收入362.64亿元人民币，同比上涨20.3%。其中，新能源业务收入达到138.01亿元，同比大幅增长近54%，占集团总营收比例提升至38%。创维光伏已成为创维集团第二增长曲线。
智通财经APP在《智通财经港股09月投资策略及十大金股》中提及创维集团时指出，2025年下半年消费品以旧换新工作仍将稳步推进，国补资金接续在即，且后续补贴资金使用节奏或更为稳健，全年需求有望持续稳健释放。站在当前时点，家电行业内需提振预期向上，板块对美敞口或不高，龙头结构升级、全球产能布局等应对空间充裕，叠加龙头经营高质量高股息，建议积极关注家电投资价值。
