智通财经APP讯，飞天云动(06610)发布公告，于2025年9月9日交易时段后，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司同意透过配售代理按尽力基准以配售价每股配售股份0.174港元向不少于6名承配人配售最多4.33亿股配售股份。
假设于本公告日期及完成日期之间公司已发行股本总额并无其他变动，且全部4.33亿股配售股份均获成功配售，则配售股份相当于紧随完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的公司已发行股本总额(不包括库存股份)约16.67%。每股配售股份0.174港元的配售价较股份于2025年9月9日在联交所所报收市价每股0.2170港元折让约19.82%。
假设全部4.33亿股配售股份均获成功配售，扣除估计开支后，配售事项所得款项净额估计约为7453万港元。公司计划将所得款项净额分配如下：(i)约4472万港元用于从媒体平台或其授权代理获取广告流量;(ii)约2236万港元用于增强研发能力及改进服务及产品;及(iii)约745万港元用于一般营运资金用途。
