智通财经APP获悉，世茂集团(00813)盘中涨超27%，截至发稿，涨24.59%，报0.38港元，成交额1.08亿港元。
消息面上，据新浪财经报道，据知情人士透露，由世茂集团开发的Beacon Peak楼盘担保的100亿港元贷款因未能成功出售给私募信贷投资者，大华银行决定将其展期。该笔贷款原定于9月30日到期。
据悉，今年7月21日，世茂集团宣布，各项重组条件均已获达成，重组生效日期落实为7月21日。计划一经生效，本金金额约115亿美元的现有境外债务将获解除及取消，将减轻本集团的整体债务规模及债务压力，从而改善整体财务状况。世茂集团在6月曾表示，公司一直积极与其他境内贷款人和债权人就贷款展期或重组进行协商。
