辽港股份公告，截至2025年9月9日，大连港通过集中竞价方式累计增持公司A股1.49亿股，占公司当前总股本0.63%，增持金额2.52亿元，本次增持计划实施完毕。增持后，大连港直接持有公司61.82亿股，占26.22%；大连港及其一致行动人合计持有167.36亿股，持股比例71.00%。此前公司于2024年9月24日至2025年9月1日回购并注销股份3.34亿股，总股本由239.05亿股降至235.72亿股，控股股东营口港集团及一致行动人被动增持至70.95%。
