一田的沙田旗舰店升级后重新开幕，首席商务官黄耀霆指，该店翻新投资金额达8位数；集团今年内会在西沙及启德新开店，并预期2026年初会有2至3间新店。
对于过去的暑假，黄耀霆表示集团举办了为期十日的购物节，期间人流及销售均较平日有倍数增长；他亦对之后的十一黄金周持乐观态度。
对于内地网购热潮及本地零售竞争，黄耀霆认为一田的定位较独特，有很多日本独家产品，而作为线下零售，集团的最大优势是体验感，例如餐饮就是即时体验，旗舰店推出一田食堂后人流亦有增加。被问到价格战，黄耀霆就指集团主打“好货好物”，强调独特不等于贵，价格一样有竞争力。他又提到主力发展超市业务是大势所趋，但传统百货仍有增长空间。
