Odaily星球日报讯 继 9 月 4 日 Strive 股东批准后，Asset Entities Inc (ASST)宣布其股东已批准与 Strive Enterprises 合并，合并后的公司将更名为 Strive Inc.，将实施比特币财库战略。Strive Asset Management 现任负责人 Matt Cole 将担任合并后公司的董事长兼首席执行官，Asset Entities 总裁兼首席执行官 Arshia Sarkhani 将转任首席营销官兼董事会成员。Strive 预计将在交易完成后完成 7.5 亿美元的私募(PIPE)融资，如果行使认股权证，潜在总收益将超过 15 亿美元。（CoinDesk）
