Beck's leadership, Pearl's arrival, and Karol's promotion highlight IPX1031's continued commitment to complex 1031 Exchange solutions

CHICAGO, Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. (IPX1031) announced the appointment of James Beck, Esq. as VP, Manager of the National Reverse and Improvement Exchange Division (RIED). Beck, an attorney since 1992, has served as IPX1031 Reverse Exchange Counsel since 2013 and is widely recognized for handling complex 1031 Exchange structures. He succeeds Hugh Pollard, Esq., who recently retired after years of dedicated leadership.

In addition, Martin Karol, Esq. has been promoted to Senior Counsel, Reverse and Improvement Exchange Division. A tax attorney since 2000, Karol is known for consulting with attorneys and CPAs regarding their clients' Reverse and Improvement Exchange structures.

The company also announced that industry veteran Kelly Pearl, Esq., CES$(R)$ joined RIED as Vice President and Exchange Counsel. Pearl has served as 1031 Exchange Counsel for more than 25 years and additionally brings specialized knowledge of international 1031 Exchanges, further deepening IPX1031's bench of legal talent supporting advanced strategies.
